CURRENT STATUS OF OUR HOTEL LAMEC HOTEL operates at the address Sultanorhan Mahallesi Kışla Caddesi No:46A, Gebze Kocaeli. Our facility covers a total area of 6891 m2 on a 2206 m2 plot. It is located very close to the center of Gebze and parallel to the D-100 highway. The property consists of a seven-story concrete building with basement+ground floor+4 normal floors and a rooftop floor with a valid occupancy permit. The plot is facing the main road, with a distance of 43.80 meters from the main road and secondary road. Our hotel has an open parking area.
